Ingredients
  • - 2 small box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • - 1 small box sugar free instant pudding chocolate pudding
  • - 4.5 cups skim milk
  • - 24 ounces sugar free cool whip
  • - 1 box of low fat graham crackers
Directions

1.) mix three cups milk with the 2 small boxes of vanilla pudding mix well then stir in 16 ounces of cool whip refigierate until needed

2.) mix 1.5 cups milk with 1 pkg chocolate pudding mix well then stir in 8 ounces of cool whip refigerate until needed

3.) layer graham crackers in a 9 x 13 dish then pour on some of  the vanilla pudding add another layer of graham crackers and add more vanilla pudding add another layer of graham crackers and top with chocolate pudding 

refigerate for at least 4 hours before serving though the longer it sits the better it tastes...


Notes

This recipe does not have to be sugar free... you can use regular cool whip, milk and pudding... also instead of topping it with chocolate pudding you can use chocolate frosting

I have made this recipe before using melted chocholate chips spread across the top...but the chocolate got so hard that it was hard to cut a piece of cake! I'm going to try it with pudding or frosting like you said. I bet that would work a lot better!
