I consider myself to be an intermediate to above-average cook . . . and while most of the recipes from this book I could probably prepare, most of the ingredients I could not afford!! Additionally, quite a few recipes took a lot of time to prepare - which is fine, as long as you go into it knowing you won't find any "quick fixes" for weeknight dinners after work.
