The main character in this book is given no name so that children can better identify with him. The story is of a little boy and the feelings he has after his big sister dies. My children really felt all of the things this boy did after their sister/my daughter died. What I love about this story is that life gets better for the little boy--his babysitter also lost a sibling, and really helps him understand that his grief is normal and that he'll get through it.
