This is a great book if you are wanting to eat healthier and get more fruits and vegetables into you diet like we are all told to do.
I like this book because it not only told you how to pick, and prepare the fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, but also the nutritional information on each one, suggestions of ways to incorporate it in recipes and diet, and best of all, the health benefits of each one. In the back their is also a symptom finder where you can locate which ones might help you and what page the are found on.
