Anthea was wary of involvement after the death of her fiance. She would not willingly go through the heartbreak of loving and losing again.

So accepting the invitation to holiday in the Canary Islands with an elderly friend, Sybil Manly-Smythe, suited Anthea perfectly. Lots of sun and no nightlife!

Then Sybil's disturbingly attractive nephew, Aden Russell, decided to join them. All of Anthea's instincts told her to run. Staying out of this man's orbit wouldn't be easy, especially when her heart wasn't in it.
