One test, 0042, is for teachers of English at the secondary school level and consists of four essay questions. The other test, 0043, is for teachers of English at the secondary school level that measures teaching literature and responding to student teaching. It consists of two contructed-response questions. We don't take this test in my state but I purchased it (directly from ETS) to supplement the middle level ELA test I was taking. This was a good addition to my test-taking arsenal.
