Book looks new, read once. Kirk dies (ah, but we know he won't stay that way!), and Spock & Sulu save the day. For McCoy fans, he's left in charge of the Enterprise. As Mr. Scott would say, "Dinna nae bout tha." If you are a TRUE BLUE TREK BLOOD person, this book you will have some minor problems with the characters. For the average Trek fan, it's a fun read.
