I think this book has hit it right on the head! I am an hour glass and did step classes at least 3 times a week for many years. Not only did I NOT slim down, I gained size in my thighs. This book just makes sense to me...I need to change my type of exercise. So far, I have noticed my thighs slimming (but not my abs, so I need to work on that a bit more)

Ugh...yeah. No. I think this advice is really mis-guided and am not going to escape my shape the way this guy suggests! There is definitely better advice out there.

i bought all his book and actually trained WITH HIM and it was horrible... we would work out 4 days a week, 2 hours a day, for about a year.. and i saw no real improvement. i think it was a load of crock. the only improvement i saw was that i can lift more weights and do more squats... but my weight wasnt budging. after leaving him, i worked out on my own and in 1hr a day, 4 days a week, i dropped 20 lbs and have drastically improved in every aspect...
i'd stay away and recommend reading military exercise books, they show you faster results!

I enjoyed the book "Escape your Shape" very much.
It was laid out very nicely with each "shape" of
the body having its own chapter and exercises.
I have an hourglass figure shape and I have been
doing the wrong kind of exercises. I learned I
should do no resistance exercises as this will
only bulk me up.
Read the book and pick out your bodies shape and
make sure you are doing what is exactly needed
to tone/or loose weight for YOU.
It all makes sense and the best exercise the book
states is jumping rope. I didn't know that!
