India Carr, an actress, has attracted many men including the Prince Regent, with her talent and poise. She is intrigued by this man but her heart hasn't been won over yet. However, there is a killer in London and she is thought to be involved. South is the Prince Regent and he si going to try to use his powers of seduction on India to see what every man she has ever known has confieded to her. Night after night in a secluded cabin he will use these seductive powers to try to convince her to reveal all.
This is a very long read. By the time I read the last page I had lost all sense of the H/H. The supporting characters seemed to dominate the story. The story is complicated with a lot of twists and turns. If you think you have the whole story as you read, you find out in the end you never did. I found myself skip reading the background parts that I had read in the first book. Some of the story could have been deleted to make it a more enjoyable read. Recommend
