A strange series, but really funny. While the characters are the same, a lot of it is very different from the anime.

Social satire -- "Michael Moore directing Power Rangers" -- tongue-in-cheek premise and silliness combined with spot-on commentary about politics, economy, etc. Weird, but fun.
