Please use this thread to post thanks for the RAOK gifts, wishes granted, and anything else you are thankful for here on PBS.  Let's try to keep the ***RAOK*** and ***I Wish*** threads easier to check for wishes to grant and goodies to request.

Note: please be sure to thank people who grant your RAOK wishes. It's not necessary to do it here in the thread if you prefer to PM to let the sender know you received your gifts. Unfortunately, things do get lost in the mail. In addition, senders have mentioned that they have not heard from the people they have sent things to, and wonder if the items have been received. We hesitate to keep sending to someone who does not acknowledge gifts. If someone declines your request, that may be the reason.  Senders contact me in frustration, saying that they do not know if items are received and that it is usually the same people who do not correspond. Most have decided not to send to those requestors again. It is sad, but necessary to them. So please respond in some way.

If you have questions, please feel free to PM me and ask.  And thanks for using this thread to say Thank You to our wonderful wish granters!

Since we are sending you our words of appreciation for continuing to participate in the RAOK forum during these very stressful times, we respectfully ask that you not post any thanks here in the Thank You thread when you receive the envelopes from us.  We're very glad that you support RAOK; keeping that going is the best response we could imagine for the small tokens we will be sending!  You make RAOK worth it!!

I got to visit with my parents over the weekend and mom was showing me more cards that she recieved from people on PBS.  Thank you so much for making mom and dad's anniversary so special.

Oh my! Today I received an envy from Amy T stuffed full of wonderful stickers......she must have heard how I decorate my cards and envelopes in the card swaps.......included a pile of floral ones for spring swap, some bunnies, beautiful pink parrots, fairies, butterflies and even some 3- D ones. Plus some gorgeous unicorns for me to send to Camilla who will love them. ( her 3 yo bday last August was unicorn day theme-- like the book. I still remember the cheer from the book that we did on our parade to the backyard from the front lawn 'Hooray, hooray, it's unicorn day!'). 

Even though I didn't participate in the Valentine Swap this year, Towana was very thoughtful in sending me a pretty Valentine with a nice enclosure...THANKS!

Thanks to Nancy D for the card with the lovely message and the Thoughtful. "Be Weird, Be Random; Be Who you are." It is very me. lol The be weird theme is big when I go to Asheville. The whole town just embraces everyone no matter who they are it is very inviting there. So the quote reminded me of my trips to the mountains.

Thank you Nancy for the Kroger Coupons.  Grayson will eat 3 pounds of grapes between Monday evening and Tuesday evening so that coupon is especially handy.  I use many of the others too.
