This comprehensive guide for research lists web sites, databases, publications, books etc. for doing research in just about every field of interest - government, law, cultures, science, history, anthropology, psychology. Although some of the web sites listed are out of date, those that are at least give you an idea of what is available online and what keywords to put into google. Without knowing this, you might now find some of the university library archives online, which don't always come up in search engines. Also valuable to know are some of the publications and databases in different fields. The book also gives hints for research, and (most useful) for gaining access to databases which normally are open only to subscribing institutions.
