Add flour and seasoning into a ziploc bag. Take chicken and shake in bag with flour & seasonings.
Brown in a large dutch oven type of skillet in Olive Oil.
Remove chicken and set on plate (can put on paper towel) discard any leftover oil. Place chicken back in skillet and sprinkle mushrooms and artichokes on top of chicken (if using fresh mushrooms, you may want to cook mushrooms til’ tender (about 2-3 min) then add artichokes. Pour in enough white wine or sherry to be even with chicken in skillet (not too deep, not too shallow). Cook chicken mixture on med-hi til’ brought to boil then reduce heat, simmer & cover. Cook about 10 minutes then add fresh lemon slices. Cover again & simmer about 30 minutes.
