This is an amazing not widely known story of the German Jews that escaped to Shanghai during WWll.
This adds yet another layer of sadness to their story.
You will meet a German Jew and his family, An American and a Chinese woman. Their lives will soon all depend on each other and the love they have and the will to survive.
Breathtaking, tense, sad, frustrating, heartbreaking and hopeful is what this wonderful story is about. Don't miss this read.
