Ingredients
- 1/2 envelope - ranch dressing mix
- 1 Tbsp - finely chopped onion
- 1/2-1 cup - slivered almonds (enough to coat cheese ball)
- 3-4 slices - finely chopped thin sliced ham (add to taste)
- 1 package - cream cheese (8 oz)
Put cream cheese in a larger bowl and soften for a few seconds in the microwave and this will make it easier to mix everything. Add all ingredients to the cream cheese, except almonds, and mix together. Pour the almonds in a plate and scrape the cheeseball mixture on top of the almonds. Coat entire ball with almonds, cover, and put in the fridge to chill...enjoy!
