Lots of good nuggets in here. This is one to keep on your shelf to reference and also hand to your teenager.
I really loved parts of this book--so often we feel fear/doubt/uncertainty and we throw up the white flag rather than pursuing that which makes us uncomfortable. Some parts of this book were a bit too "New Age" for me to fully embrace all of it, but I enjoyed reading it regardless.
There are some helpful tools and take-aways from this book, but not one I think I will reread or recommend to friends.
Priceless !!!
Hmmm, I certainly hope this book doesn't fall into the wrong hands....
