Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway helps us examine what causes stagnation in our lives and gives us ideas to help us move forward. The author uses a tough love approach, but sometimes this is what we need to move beyond obstacles and preservere.
With understanding & humor the author offers ways of turning fear, indecision & anger into power, action & love. Includes a lesson on how to risk a little every day to expand your 'comfort zone'. And turning decision making into a ln-lose situation.
I really loved parts of this book--so often we feel fear/doubt/uncertainty and we throw up the white flag rather than pursuing that which makes us uncomfortable. Some parts of this book were a bit too "New Age" for me to fully embrace all of it, but I enjoyed reading it regardless.
