I got a book request last week and then ended up having an emergency and couldn't get it mailed. I mailed it today but they cancelled it today as well. I don't really care about the credit but I do feel bad about not mailing it in time and looking all flakey. I pmed and apologised, told her it's been mailed but I still feel terrible. |

Holly, you did a great job. Stuff happens and you just have to deal with emergencies when they come up. Be sure you ask your requestor to go to her Transaction Archive when the book is delivered to her. She can mark it received there and you will still get your credit, as well you should. I hope things are getting better for you! :) |

Thanks everyone, I heard from her and she's not angry at all. She's a very nice person and the book is for her daughter, I just hope her daughter likes it. |
