The book is funny and, having been in academia for years, I can confirm that a lot of what he says about the PC, feminist element at university is true. I'd have liked the book better if Prof. Adams were less prone to use childish humor and ad hominem attacks, which detract and distract from the valid points he makes. His all-too-frequent references to his law suit against some of the women at his university also interfere with the enjoyability of the book as the repetition becomes tedious. Overall, I'd recommend the book for anyone who has run afoul of the PC machine in academia--or who simply questions its hegemonic rule--and enjoys a laugh at a bully's expense.
