feng shui has become very popular but unfortunately much of what is authentic, has been lost in the westernisation of this fascinating subject. many people have statues of kuan yin and other figures and yet have no idea of when these festivals takes place and as a result are not really in touch with the true essence of these symbolic characters. feng shui is as much about when to do things as it is about what to do and if you really want to go with the flow, the only way to do this, is to follow the example of the chinese and read the daily advice in the tung shu almanac. for those unable to read chinese, the ONLY alternative is to get this book. i would suggest that anyone who is really interested in going with the flow to read this book which also has very useful information regarding the home, based on the flying stars and the NINE CHAMBERS OF THE EMPERORS PALACE. the chinese proverbs are an inspiration and in short, this book will blow your mind so check it out.
