I have 2 questions that do not relate at all to each other but I would like to know the answers.

(1) If I post a HB book with no dust jacket, should I let that person know this?  If so how do I do this?

(2) Why is it on wish list books, sometimes there is the tab that says wish list hold on the account page, and other times it goes staight to the 1 hour waiting period?

Since HC books w/ out dust jackets are allowed to be posted - you do not need to let the receiver know. If the requester has a condition on their account requiring DJ's with their books, you should decline the request. The book will move onto the next person in line.

If the book goes straight to the 1 hr waiting period it means the requester has it on Auto Request.
