Excerpt: This article outlines the fictional time line of the stories from Doctor Who, according to the personal perspective of the Doctor. As a time traveller, he personally experiences events in an order other than that of the fictional historical chronology. This list includes the character's adventures in the Doctor Who television serials as well as officially licensed stories in other media such as novels, audio productions, webcasts, comic books and some games and short stories. Many of the Big Finish Productions audios have their relationship stated on their website. However, some of these and most of the novels and other media do not explicitly state where they land within the chronology. However, these non-televised stories frequently reference each other as well as specific television episodes in such a way that their relationship to the televised stories is known. When possible, where they lie has been explained. Approximated placement is used only when no other information is available. There is no official chronology to the stories. The following adventures are set during the hypothetical Season 6B. This was set up to account for errors in The Five Doctors and The Two Doctors.
