Quite an interesting book--especially for someone who just took a job in Internal Audit in the energy industry. It was also interesting to see her perspective on AA, having worked for one of their competitors for many years. Some of her insights regarding the way AA folks were compensated were on the money (what gets measured gets done). Others of her options I disagreed with--I think her "outsider" background colored her judgment a little too much. Worthwhile for anyone with an interest in business history and especially for those with a stake in fraud and controls.
