The only thing columnist Lacey Clark dislikes more then fellow columnist Nate Logan is her own boring existence. She wants to be spontaneous,spirited... sexy.So when she meets a gorgeous stranger at a party and falls in lust at first sight, she figures she'll never have a better chance to go for it.How could she guess that her first-class lover would turn out to be her nimber one enemy?
Lacey Clark's father and employer has told her that she had to attend his latest party because she would be receiving an award for her popular magazine column. Bored and wanting to leave, Lacey wanders into the mansion's indoor pool area and saves a good-looking guy who just fell in. Both are soaked and can't go back to the party; but they can take advantage of the off-the-charts chemistry between them. When her father comes looking for her, she finds that her nameless lover is none other than her fellow columnist Nate Logan...her sworn enemy. And her father has a surprise...he wants Lacey and Nate to collaborate on a story.
This is a contemporary romance where the hero and heroine sleep together, then finally take the time to get to know each other. My rating: 3.5 Stars.
