I have found this book to be so helpful! What I especially love is how Scott and Bethany not only help you discover your "money personality," but help you learn how to navigate your and your spouse's personalities, without expecting the other to change themselves to fit one's own desires. There are many books on debt, but this is the first I have found that help you understand WHY debt/saving/spending is a struggle in the first place. They help you identify the root of the problem. Such practical advice in this book. I believe anyone can benefit from reading this!
