Uggghhh, I got my first problem book in the mail today.  The pages of the book are falling apart from the binding!!!!  I PM'd the sender and then also stated my concern to the PBS site.  I asked for my credit back but now I am not sure what happens next.  Does anyone know the next step?

Basically, you wait for the sender to respond to you. Hopefully, they will return your credit without a fuss.

If she wants her book back, she has to either:

-send you enough $ to cover return shipping, or

-gift you an additional credit to cover return shipping

You are under no obligation to return her book unless she is willing to pay to have it returned.

From the help section:

  • A requestor does NOT have to return the item in a "problem" transaction
    • if the sender wants the item back, he or she should send postage or a credit to pay for its return.
