This is the first fitness I have seen that addresses the psychological/emotional reasons that affect our eating and fitness levels. This book helps you identify where some of your eating triggers originate and gives tasks to help you work through the emotions to negate their effect. The author herself has recovered from an eating disorder. She has gone through this process herself to become psychologically and physically stronger, healthier, and happier. You'll enjoy this book!
