What a great book! With all the media hype surrounding the swine flu it's refreshing to read about alternative ways to prevent the flu. Things like a homeopathic remedy called Influenzinum, proper nutrition, chiropractic, and body movement therapies are all proven to prevent sickness. This book doesn't try to dumb down the flu virus, it tells you exactly how serious the flu can be. It also gives reasons why the vaccine isn't as effective as the medical community would have us believe.
