This book gets one star from me because it's the opposite of what I expect from a romance novel. None of the characters are likable. The "heroine" married a man she didn't love, cheats on him, leaves her 11 year old daughter home alone late at night, and skips therapy to drink with her sister. The "hero" is on the run for a murder he didn't commit instead of trying to clear his name. The husband has had an ongoing affair and the mistress is pregnant. The daughter is spoiled and whiny. The writing isn't bad and the steaminess level fits the Blaze line, but I had to force myself to finish this one.
