Hi everyone, I am in the market for forever stamps. Let me know if you have some. I will pay via Paypal, if that works for you.

This seems... odd. Wouldn't you just buy them? You know you can even buy them through usps.com? And they deliver to you? They also seem to sell them almost everywhere now - grocery stores, convenience stores, etc. Plus, they're going down a few cents next week too.

I don't get it either.   How is it beneficial to buy them this way?  What am I missing?  You can use Paypal to buy them directly from USPS and have them sent to you.  If you wait until after April 10, they will be 47 cents instead of 49 each.

I wondered about this too.  No mention of how much he is willing to pay and why would anyone sell these now with the value going down?  Better to hold onto them until the price goes back up.  They are good forever.  Maybe someone who doesn't understand the rate decrease and thinks they aren't going to be sold anymore??
