This is a good, short romance. Mercy is a backwoods Georgia girl, living at home when a stranger with amnesia shows up, wins her heart and marries her. And just as suddenly, he vanishes again. By coincidence, Mercy sees his photo in a magazine, naming him a rich Atlanta big shot. So naturally puts on her Sunday best and gets on the bus to the city to go retrieve her husband...who has no memory of the time he spent in the backwoods...
