If you don't have much time on your hands but want to give your family a home-cooked meal every night, this is the book you need! I was impressed by how simple the recipes were (with only four ingredients, simple is the name of the game!). I've already tried a few of the dips and desserts, and I was pleased with how they turned out.

the book was pretty good regarding the concept of using just four ingredients. it certainly gave me a few more ideas for mealtimes.

I will not keep this book in my "library" of cookbooks.

This is a surprisingly good cookbook. I especially liked the sections of appetizers (dips/spreads) and chicken. I added what recipes I'll be keeping in my recipe program so am ready to pass it on.

Upon receiving this book our 13-year-old son immediately snatched it up and began perusing recipes. He made our lunch from it that day and then planned an made a dinner from it later in the week. It's a wonderfully easy cookbook for beginners but also a lot of fun for someone who's been cooking for years and needs some inspiration.
