Fractured both describes the teenagers he encounters on a crime scene and Will Trent himself. Enjoyable character who perseveres despite uncooperative police and victims. Will is admirable and likable with his many flaws and impressive skills. Good mystery that unfolds at just the right speed to keep this reader anxious to return to the mystery.
