I have a video from my days in elementary education classes that might prove useful to someone.  Title: "Day in the Life of a Kindergartener (sic) at the SFA & NISD Charter School" VHS A little over two hours of writing conferences, transitions, big book, music, math, a little of everything.  Great for a beginning teacher or for training.  The class was held at Stephen F. Austin State University (Nacogdoches, TX).  PM me if you're interested.    I just hate to throw it away, and I teach secondary Spanish now, and have no plans to return to elementary.  Free with any order from my bookshelf.  Ben

I should specify, I don't know when it was recorded, but I bought it two years ago.  It seems to be fairly recent, though, perhaps in the last 5 yrs or so.
