The main characters continue to strive to make the best of a bad situation. Inventive and a good read.

What can i say about McCafrey's writing ability that hasn't already been saidf. Another story that puts you there in the middle of it.

I enjoyed this next book in the series. The characters were believable and I found it to be a good read.

This is a good book in the sense that it wraps up some loose ends from the 1st book in the series, which I really liked. However, this second book is not my favorite of the series, nor of Anne McCaffrey's collection. I wasn't particularly comfortable with some of the characters' morals, decisions and a particular thread in the storyline. I suppose I expected more. Sigh. Still a McCaffrey fan.

Still the best writer around! The second in the Catteni series. The daring gang that still defies all the odds continue to receive drops of Terrans and continues to assist all that come. This time, the decision to improve the gene pool is met with resistence by the women, but all decide it is a good choice. A new generation is born and raised, and contact with the "Farmers" only whets my appetite to know who They are.
