What a good story! This was my first time reading a book by this author, but it won't be my last :) Even though it didn't grab my attention at first, the story does pick up and I found myself eager to know how everything gets solved. Lots of good clean action, Jesse was a good hero even though he was conflicted throughout most of the book, and Casey survives many close calls in this one. Part of her was terrified and part of her got tired of running and longs to fight back. The ice sculpting was something original and really interesting within the plot. I love the cover to this book and was pleased with how the story ends! Jesse, PLEASE keep Casey out of trouble, phew :)
