Good book that explores the relationship between two women. The mom and the college student babysitter. Are they friends? Is the older woman a mentor? Or is she the employer? Is she meddling and interfering or acting out of genuine interest? Other friendships are also explored - the long time best friend, the wealthy college roommate, the co-workers in the dining hall. Add some rich/middle class/poor dynamics as well as the husband and the older "hot" but yucky boyfriend and social media chat group "friends" and this made for an interesting cast of characters with a good story. The social/wealth disparities/commentary was present throughout but not so glaring as to take over the story line about the relationships.
