I had a hard time finishing this book as I felt it dragged on. It was also pretty much verbatim from the movie when it would get to those scenes. Granted it kept it authentic but if I wanted word for word the scene, I'd watch the movie again. This tells the tale from both Ana and Hans' perspectives.
