I'm searching for a Jeff Smith recipe for moo goo gai pan. I have The Frugal Gourmet Cooks and the person looking for it thought it was in there. Chinese isn't my specialty. Am I looking in the wrong place? Is it there and if so, on what page? If not, can anyone point the way?
