Funeral Potatoes
1 32 oz bag frozen shredded hash browns-thawed
1 can condensed cream soup of your choice (I use mushroom)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp Cheddar gives a more
pronounced cheese flavor)
Mix together all ingredients, bake in 350 degree oven for approx 1
hours.
