1-LB. DATES, 1-LB. WALNUTS, CHOPPED, 1C. FLOUR, 1C. GRANULATED SUGAR, 2 TSP. BAKING POWDER, 1/2 TSP. SALT, 4 EGGS, SEPARATED. MIX TOGETHER DATES, WALNUTS, AND DRY INGREDIENTS. BEAT EGG YOLKS; STIR IN. BEAT EGG WHITES; FOLD INTO MIXTURE. BAKE IN A GREASED LOAF PAN @ 325 FOR ONE HOUR.
