If trefpaffers in parks and ponds be attainted at the fuit of the party, great and large amends fhall be awarded according to the trefpafs, and fhall have three years im- prifonment, and after fhall make fine at the king's pleafure, and then fhall find good furety, that after he fhall not commit like trefpafs. And if he have not whereof to make fine, after three years imprifonment, he fhall find like furety; and in default, he fhall abjure the realm. And if any being guilty thereof be fugitive, and have no lan.4 nor tenement fufiicient (whereby he may be juftified) fo foon as the king fhall find it by inqueft, he fhall be out-lawed.
