A history of the beginning of the game of football, with a special emphasis on the Yale-Harvard rivalry. But there's a lot more here - plenty of firsts in the early years, and the feeling, to me at least, that what we have today for college ball is not really anything close to what it started out to be. If you are an Ivy Leaguer, or just a fan interested in the history of the college (and therefore all) football game, this is interesting reading.
