Has anyone recently sent this book out and had it go "lost"?

Please PM me if you did. Thanks!

Are you asking because you got it by mistake? Only a fraction of members hang out in the forums, so it's unlikely that you'll find the person you're looking for here. Send a feedback to R&R using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and give them as much info as you can about how you got the book, the ISBN, and whatever was on any wrappers or packing slips that were included. This doesn't sound like a book that's sent out 20 times a week, so they can probably figure out who sent it.

No, I sent out a similar book to a member and it went "lost". I noticed there has been rare activity on that account, about every 2-3 months. Except my "lost" book and the one I am asking about both re-listed at the same time. I am wondering if they weren't auto-request and the member is not active.

The member must be active enough to login every week or so, otherwise your book would have been marked received rather than lost. A book can only go lost in an active account. If the system thinks the account is inactive, then it sends emails asking the member to login within a few days and marks books received automatically if they don't.
