This is a great gardening book that is binder-style so you can add/remove cards as you use them. It lists the growing zones for the entire United States, as well as types of plants/flowers to grow in different climates, soils, and even areas of your property. Chapters include Creative Planting Ideas, Color Through The Year, Container Gardening, Lawn Care, Basic Gardening Techniques, Garden Problems and Pests, Bedding & Border plants, bulbs, Shrubs/Trees/Climbers, Roses, Fruit, Vegetables and Herbs. Full color photos with the name of the plant and information about the plant.

This is a great set of binders for anyone who loves to garden, either the beginner or experienced person. The photos alone are wonderful. There is so much information presented in a clear, easy to understand format. Each card page is a fold out full of great information and multiple pictures.
Be aware that this ISBN covers 7 individual ring binders. When this set came out, it was sort of like book of the month. You would get a packet of assorted cards that covered any of 12 topics. So be aware that if you order or pick up this binder here or somewhere else, you may not be getting a full set of 7 binders, and the single one may not have all of its card pages, since the publisher sent them out in assortments.
Having said that, if you can get the entire set, it is something you won't want to part with. I have all 7 binders, but still need some of the cards. So I am always excited to see this title come up.
