A different time, a different place ... I guess that's what fascinates me about these old Harlequin romances. Written and published in the early 70s, the way the characters dress, their relationships, their habits - the drinking, the smoking - just seems foreign: my parents' generation. This one has twists and turns and some quirky characters that really made it special.
