Hello!  This morning I got a message from PBS saying that a wishlist book that had been posted had now been cancelled because the owner of the book never marked it as mailed.  Well, she emailed me today and said that she had mailed the book but because of circumstances beyond her control it was never marked as mailed.  Obviously when the book comes, I want to give her her credit, but what is the best way?

You would think after being on here for 19 months I'd know...

Should I contact R&R and let them know I got the book - in other words, is there a chance not marking the book mailed might negatively affect her membership status?  Or would it be sufficient to simply put her on my buddy list and send her a credit?

Thank you all!

Aha!  Never mind!  If I go to my transaction archive, there it is, of course - but what I didn't know was that the "Was the book received?" option is in place there!

Glad you figured it out.  :)  Since the book was put back on your WL when she didn't mark it mailed, you may want to remove it so you don't get two copies of the same book.  : )
