Ok, I'll admit right up front that I didn't think I was going to like this book. Had I found this in a book store, I would have passed over it. Luckily, I found out about it via an NPR program.

I loved it! It's hard to think about a post-apocalyptic world in terms of "looking for a good time", but it works. One can almost see the new world evolving the way it does in this story.
