This book was very interesting and personal to me because I have thought about letting my hair go gray but worry about what others will think or say. The author decided to go gray and then wrote a book about not only her experiences but also did research and surveys and a little undercover impersonation to find out how it affects dating, the ability to get a job or promoted, etc. I was surprised by some of the answers (men don't care so much if you go gray) and not surprised by others (women judge each other more, it hurts your career, etc). Good read.
