Book Two in a series, I think you could read this one first and not be lost in details. The groom has disappeared, two weeks before the big day. Is it just one of his pranks, that he's so fond of pulling on other family members? Or, did something really happen to him? The mother-of-the-bride is at it again as amateur sleuth, tracking down her future son-in-law. Will there be a wedding, or not?
I just kept waiting for this one to catch fire and get interesting. If you don't mind the slow paced writing, you might enjoy it - just not for me.
This is a good book. You expect one thing to happen but then something totally different happens. You'll be surprised by the out come of this book. I would recommend this book to anyone.
Entertaining and fun. This is Book 2 following The Wedding Caper, by Thompson.
